Domestic & international shipping

All shipping options will be included in my client questionnaire. They will all be flat rates unless you would prefer to use a priority carrier, then the price will be confirmed based on the feedback of the carrier you select.

To note: should you leave nearby my studio I am happy to arrange for in-person pick ups to avoid shipping costs all together.

returns & exchanges

Ready-to-wear items can be returned but must arrive back at my studio within 30 days of purchase in mint/like new condition before any funds will be returned. There are no exchanges on ready-to-wear items.

There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders.

damaged or faulty goods

I am confident in every garment I make. If any seams fall apart within 1 year of purchase from normal wear and tear, I will repair it for free. Shipping will be at the cost of the owner.
